On April 22, Iowa-based Grato Holdings announced its acquisition of homeopathic manufacturer NaturalCare.
Following a period of inventory instability and supply chain issues, NaturalCare is now backed by new ownership committed to restoring trust and consistency for retailers. Grato Holdings is an employee-owned manufacturer with more than 35 years of experience producing practitioner-grade homeopathic products.
With full in-house manufacturing, strict quality control and a long-standing history of dependable supply, the company has earned a strong reputation for operational consistency and transparency, Grato Holdings said.
According to Grato Holdings, the acquisition will benefit retail buyers of NaturalCare directly with faster and more reliable product availability, stable pricing, consistent formulas, improve systems to prevent long-term supply issues, clear communication around product availability and delays, and a long-term commitment to rebuilding retailer trust.
“When Grato Holdings acquired NaturalCare, many products were already out of stock. While some product availability delays are expected to continue through the middle of the year, these delays will be temporary and infrequent,” Grato Holdings said. “Unlike past experiences, out-of-stocks will not be measured in days or weeks, not months. Inventory systems are being stabilized, and the brand is on track for stronger performance.”
