Sync your workouts and get a comprehensive health snapshot in one place. Whether you use Health Connect (formerly Google Fit), Samsung Health, or Apple Health (formerly HealthKit), your Workout Trainer AI fitness data can be seamlessly shared for a fuller picture of your health.
Syncing Workout Trainer AI to Health Connect
NEW for 2025: Google Fit has been replaced by Health Connect for sharing health data between Android apps. Be sure to enable and grant access to this new Google-made service for a shared experience.
Syncing Workout Trainer AI to Samsung Health
Samsung Health users can also benefit from syncing their training from Workout Trainer AI. This is another pop-up option and can also be activated within the workout player settings section. You can enable this feature from the Samsung Health app too by simply going to their app’s Settings, scroll down and select Services to toggle on Workout Trainer for Samsung.
Note: Samsung also has a feature where it can also sync its data with Health Connect. Thus, you either do not need to sync with Health Connect directly via our app or you should disable this feature in Samsung Health do prevent duplicated data if syncing directly via our app. Check your configuration by going to the Health Connect app or via your devices Settings section, searching for Health Connect (since you do not actually have to have this app installed to have syncing enabled).
Syncing Workout Trainer AI to Apple Health
Apple device owners can automatically sync activities from Workout Trainer AI to Apple Health. From Workout Trainer AI’s Settings section, tap Apple Health and accept the prompts to allow Active Energy, Workouts, and Heart Rate. If you’re a new user, you’ll also see the Health Access pop-up after your first workout.
